Our Process:

1: Tell us who you need

Book a free video call. Tell us what kind of remote worker you need. Then, pay a 500 CHF deposit to start the search. If you don't choose one of our top candidates, the deposit is fully refundable. Start Hiring

2: We search and test (4 weeks)

We attract over 500 qualified applicants per role. From there, we personally interview the top 50, then test the best 15 with real-world tasks to identify the top 3 candidates. On average, this rigorous process takes us 80 working hours.

3: Choose from a shortlist of the top 3

We share a shortlist of the top 3 remote candidates, for you to choose from.

4: Pricing and payment

If you decide to hire one of the candidates, we’ll send the final invoice. You make a one-time payment of 15% of their first-year salary. No ongoing or hidden fees. And if the collaboration doesn’t work out within the first 3 months, we’ll find a replacement free of charge.

5: Ongoing support

We offer free consulting calls on demand about hiring, onboarding, and managing your remote worker. On top of that, we provide optional templates for NDAs and B2B contracts, or introduce you to a suitable Employer of Record (EOR) service.
