Every candidate goes through interviews, skill tests, and background checks. We evaluate their technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and work history, verifying their qualifications through reference checks.

Talent introduction

After 3-4 weeks, we introduce three qualified candidates or provide feasibility feedback. If the right match cannot be found, we provide insights into possible adjustments to improve the search process.

We scout and headhunt globally for the best possible candidates. Our search extends across international talent pools to find professionals who match your specific requirements.
